This place was an awesome, quaint little place giving some cozy vibes with great Turkish food. We had the Turkish special pide, and mixed Turkish platter – and all of it was cooked perfectly. The food was very flavorful from the rice to the meat – even the tea had a lot of flavor. We finished the dish with a piece of homemade baklava which reminded me of how my college friend who was from Turkey made it. The owner and staff greet you with a smile, are attentive, and you can tell they put pride into their food.

Interesting Turkish restaurant that serves mostly Pides (Flatbreads). We had the Flatbread Pizza/very dry, then the Turkish Special Pide/very good, the Sausage Pide/very good and the Mixed Grill Platter/very good.

It was truly an exceptional experience. We started with house blend salad and the flatbread pizza, also known as lahmacun in Turkish, and it was simply delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were full of flavor. My husband opted for the roasted beef pide, and he couldn’t stop raving about how tender and flavorful the beef was. Also turkish tea was freshly made. Highly recommended!

We recently had the pleasure of spending an evening at Galata, and it was an absolute treat. I daresay we enjoyed the best ‘pide’ (Turkish pizza) we’ve ever had. While their mixed kebab and lahmacun were fantastic, it was the ‘pide’ topped with spicy sausage and cured beef that stole the show. It’s a must-try for anyone visiting.

Very nice people but I am very disappointed..I ordered a lamb pida. In the picture it looks appetizing with veggies and rice but it doesn’t come like that. Only a small piece of meat wrapped in bread with some veggies on the side and no rice. And under the tomato pieces I found a bug. So grossed out, and it all cost me $24.00. Definitely won’t be going there again.
