Went to get rotisserie chicken meal and carne asada nachos. The woman working there as the cook kept laughing the entire time we were there, very unprofessional. The young man taking my order was a little more courteous. The rotisserie chicken meal was approx $22 and it was horrible. Chicken was dry and reheated. Beans and rice def dry. Side salad was okay. Awful service. They charge you a dollar for using your card, WITHOUT even telling you, and NO signs to let you know either. Food took about 30 minutes since the order, even though people after us got their food first, regardless of the fact they had more items in their order. They started our food AFTER they started others, and still gave an attitude when we asked about it. The food was basic and made out of cheap products and you can TASTE it. The best thing out of my meal? The vegetables, and that’s saying a lot.

One star!!! why because as soon as you walk in the cashier starts to inspect your appearance from head to toe!! cashier acts very boujee , & if you ask me she’s not all that herself !! The food is overpriced . we spent 30$+ for two torta sencillas and two aguas de Jamaica !! cashier charged us for large when I wanted a small !! Very little carne lots of lettuce !!! a small smidge of avocado !!! not all that !! The tomatoes were horrible might as well throw in the tomatoes as whole !! I’d say drive an extra mile for something decent .

Torta was half decent. Bread to filling ratio is way off… Bread is big and the meat inside the torta is scarce.. the torta also had a rancid aftertaste… Costumer service sucks big time. They act like they’re better than you and if you can’t decide what to eat from their big menu they start to get rude.

I went to check out this place and order a Torta carne asda with a cucumber drink. And my boyfriend order a chicken sandwich with mango drink. I didn’t have a problem placing my order and waiting for my food. But I did felt it was over price of what I paid for. She did tell me they charge $1.00 for using my card. I notice there was no prices on the menu board. We both enjoy our sandwiches and it was the best I ever tasted.

I have been here four times and it was always good until today. I was so disappointed. The chicken for tacos and the half chicken dinner was so dry, every piece. The drumstick was ridiculous. They shouldn’t have served it to anyone. The flavor is different and not as good. The steak had too many pieces of fat , the kind you just can’t eat. Its crazy though because I went about 4 months ago and it was delicious. better cooks asap

I needed my money back and the lady with the glasses and black hair was very rude on giving me my money back she had just walked into the restaurant And wasnt even the one who took my order to give me such attitude .The wall behind the register is very, dirty I mean its not hard to pass a rag with bleach across Or scrub food traps. She needs more help with her customer service and when a customer is not satisfied with the service do your self a favor and give them there hard working money back.
