This was our first time here. Heard about it from a friend and was in Green Bay at another “donating” establishment ( 😉 lol) and decided to try a pizza place. It wasn’t busy, the waitress was quick to bring our drinks and take our order. The pizza was excellent! Also got the garlic bread and marinara sauce for an appetizer, excellent as well! Brought about 1/2 of the pizza home for snacking later.

Came here on Mother’s Day. Super busy with a TON of parties ! Linda was the sole bartender and she rocked it!! She didn’t stress and made sure everyone was taken care of. Lots of tables coming up for drinks- seriously people wait for your waitstaff to take the order- don’t huff up to the bar to get multiple pitchers of water and overwhelm the one person trying to grind the drinks out! Even with it being absolutely packed the wait time for food wasn’t crazy. We will always come to Gallagher’s for the excellent service and food!

caught the tail end of the lunch buffet. it was semi busy at the time. a lot of dirty tables, people beginning to clear out. they sat us at a four top which wasn’t too big of a deal as we had a toddler in a high chair. the issue with the table space arouse when the server didn’t bother to clear any of the plates off of our table. in fact, after dropping our drinks she didn’t bother to check with us not one time. not even to give us the bill & at this point in time the restaurant pretty much cleared out so it wasn’t a matter of “she was busy”. as someone that served for ten years of her life, i am very forgiving of poor service when i can see a server/restaurant is slammed. any good server pre busses, full hands in, full hands out. but as a buffet server, it’s literally prebussing and bringing drinks out. i can’t find any excuses for the poor service i received other than she saw a young mother with multiple kids and thought i wouldn’t tip. i still tipped her even though she ignored our table entirely. didn’t acknowledge me or the lack of bill we received when i got up to pay at the bar (that lady was very nice btw). the only time she said anything to me was when we were stacking our plates and the tip was already on the table. then it was “have a nice day”.

I placed an order for delivery. I could tell Savannah was new and I was patient. Our order came and we were missing stuff. I called and when I asked to speak to the manager I got “for?”. Linda got on the phone and said “what seems to be the problem?” I stayed calm but she became really rude and hung up on me! Not used to this kind of service. Customers service is key!

The buffet used to be good, but now they play a game, and let the buffet run out of everything early and will not restock, and then tell you the buffet is done. When we arrived there was only 3 pieces of pizza left and not much else. Our waitress said, we ordered, don’t worry they will restock! Ha! Even our waitress disappeared after this! Never again!!!
