Used to love Gallos.. Went for a chicken salad today and this is what my chicken salad was made up of 90% of my salad was brown and wilted beyond belief. This was definitely noticeable to whoever made it. Also ordered a kids cavatelli and realized when I got home it was penne, which I’m less upset about. Typically I would call in and return it. But I live in borderline Ellwood and didn’t feel like driving all the way at back into New Castle and waiting for it. My kids were hungry so I fed them the penne, and ate mainly the meat off my salad… the bread was great! Most of the staff is wonderful… but as a server of 17 years myself this definitely upset me greatly!

It was supposed to be a bridal brunch. I thought brunches were breakfast n lunch food combined. Well there was sparse breakfast food only a lot of scrambled eggs. Had coffee, oj and water. Girls had to bring cookies and Dunkin’ munchkins. Oh there was a fruit salad. Worst brunch ever. Very disappointed in Gallos because food is generally good!

Food tastes good, but wait staff is terrible. Had an older gentleman with us and he spilled his water. No one got up to give us a hand. 2 waitresses watched from side and caught our eyes. Heard some laughing and they walked away. He was embarrassed to say the least. Won’t be back!

I love Gallos! They have an extensive menu; pizza, appetizers, seafood & of course, pasta! They’re sauce & meatballs are great too! They also have beer & wine. The staff is friendly & the restaurant is cozy! Gallos is easy to get to & is on a main road with lots of other businesses.

Gallos is a hidden gem. Their food is the best Italian style food I’ve had and I grew up in an all Italian neighborhood in NYC. The staff is super friendly and attentive. If you want a great meal goto Gallos.
