We’ve eaten at Gandolfo’ many times and the food is excellent. However today we tried an ordered online using the website. After ordering it said it would be ready at 9. I thought I’d be there at 8:45 to get the food home warm. After waiting 15 minutes I approached the counter to check. The staff found it sitting under the warning hood. Who knows how long it had been sitting there. Super disappointing!

Our family loves Gandolfos. We generally get some sort of breakfast sandwich each time we go, and no one has had any issues. My personal favorite is the upstate. We visit fairly often. Try it out.

Normally this location is great but today was different. Only one guy working and it took 30 minutes to get a simple sandwich. If i hadn’t already paid i would have left. Don’t go here on a Friday afternoon and if there is only one employee walk out. I wasn’t busy either of it would have been I could understand.
