First off being Korean, why don’t y’all have kimchi? Beside that, food was pretty good. Worth coming again. Making my own lettuce wraps was a nice touch. The dipping sauce was very good. Overall I gave it a 4 for overall quality and service. I really wanted to give it a 5 but that would have been a stretch.

takeout for spicy chicken bulgogoi and it was great! Loved the combo of spicy and sweet especially the sweet potato noodles and the rice at the bottom. The sauce was immaculate and loved the customer service too. She was very friendly. Plus the price was quite inexpensive ($13) which is great especially for that flavor. The presentation was gorgeous! The quantity was plenty as well. Definitely coming back again!

THIS PLACE NEEDS MORE ATTENTION. I’ve been going here for a while. They changed their menu about a month ago. I loved it then and I love it now. I got the bibimbap. It came with a soup and 2 sides. Nicely cooked beef, fresh veggies, and yummy beef radish soup. My gf got the spicy beef soup special. It came with 3 sides, a kimchi pancake, and a boba/slush. She said the spice level was good, broth was tasty, kimchi pancake was good, and the lychee slush was as good as one from a boba shop. I agreed, the lychee slushy was amazing. Prices are on par with other Korean restaurants but here it is worth more imo because you get a good amount of sides and a reasonable portion. Highly recommend!

My friend and I have been going to Gagnam Zip for the past year and we were so in love with the ramen. It’s not exactly close to where we live, but we make the drive because we are obsessed with the ramen. We went today and realized they no longer had the ramen and completely changed their menu. They no longer have ramen of any kind. After looking over the menu we asked what was closest to the ramen. We were craving it so bad and pretty devastated that they didn’t have it at all. we decided to try Jjambbong and the spicy Jjambbong (I think that’s what it called). My friend got the spicy and I got the regular. It was lacking in any flavor, noodles were over cooked and soggy. The seafood was very off-putting. Calamari tasted rubbery and previously frozen.

Wonderful food, great portion sizes, and beautifully decorated. I’ve never tried Korean food before and the lady at the front counter not only helped me pick what to get but explained to me really nicely how to eat the meal I had picked. Fantastic place to eat! Would recommend to anybody wanting to branch out into Korean. It is a little expensive, but totally worth it!

This place has vegetarian options, and the food is very fresh. They don’t have a lot of sit-down traditional Korean items, but definitely a quick and yummy bite to grab and go at a reasonable price. Beautiful robust presentation. The only negative was, the broth seemmed to be over salted this day.

It was so hard to decide what to get! Everything looked amazing. The bibimbap was absolutely delicious and a very generous portion. I also love that they utilize purple rice in their dishes, it adds a little nuttier flavor. I will definitely come back!

The inside looks like Gen Korean BBQ if anyone has ever been there. It looks really nice and has plenty of seating. Overall the food was definitely average for a $50 AYCE dinner. The meats are what you’d get at any other kbbq place; nothing special. The food tastes fine which was definitely a plus. However, the service here is terrible. I sat there for nearly 2.5 hours and only ordered 3 times (barely). My waiter put my 3rd order in when they were about to close and didnt tell me they accidently cancelled it so I was waiting at least 20 minutes for just two orders of meat. My waiter also barely came over to check on us and maybe talked to us 3 times max during our entire dinner, which is why I never got to order as much as I wanted. I feel like this place spreads their workers too thin. My waiter was literally cleaning the bathroom and was serving people on the other side of the restaurant while I was waiting for them to come back around. Hopefully the service here gets better.
