Great food, amazing friendly service, and an authentic menu! A group of us visited and had a variety of dishes. My personal favorite was the oxtail, but others liked the brown stew chicken, jerk chicken, curry goat, and salted fish! You should definitely get some fried dumplings on the side too.

Amazing food. We had the fried green tomatoes, fried okra, jerk pork meal, jerk chicken meal, and the chicken and waffles. Everything was delicious with just the right amount of kick. Hopefully they’ll be around a long while because we definitely will be back.

Updated: My wife and I went there for Sunday dinner and got two Jerk chicken meals. I am a spice and heat guy so I asked for extra Jerk sauce and a Scotch Bonnet on the side. First of all the chicken itself is grilled and seasoned perfectly and the sauce only adds to that flavor. Having that refreshing heat of the pepper as well just takes the meal over-the-top. Having a peaceful patio to enjoy your meal is priceless. Great atmosphere and staff! This is so important for successful startups. The food is good and Mr. Garry is very personable. I would definitely recommend for anyone in the area.

This was my second time going. The staff is very welcoming, answered all my questions. I ordered food to go. I ordered the Jerk Chicken meal, it was perfect!! The flavor was spot on, rice and cabbage was delicious. I did order the jerk wings as an appetizer, I was surprised those weren’t prepared similarly to their other chicken dishes, I wish they were grilled or broiled and the sauce wasn’t as spicy as that on my meal. Overall, great experience, I’ll definitely be back!

Decent, but still some way to go. Ordered jerk pork, chicken and ribs. First the positive – the meat is actually smoked, in contrast to the majority that sell “jerk” that never saw the inside of a grill or smoker. I can easily forgive the likely lack of pimento wood, but the meat was dried out to the point it became gray and hard to chew. Festivals were skinny and pale, looking more like castellane pasta, and the plantain consisted of 2 tiny undercooked slices. 1 star for presentation.

Ok listen, This is some of the best food i’ve ever eaten in my life! First of all, The service and the people are amazing here! We wanted to try so many things. It smelled so good as soon as you walked in the door! We had Jerk Shrimp, Jerk Ribs, Curry Chicken, & Fried Green Tomatoes as an appetizer. The Jerk Sauce, I don’t even have words for it, it’s phenomenal!! Thanks Destiny, Mar, & Gar! We will be back very soon!!

We had a women’s group in today of 30. They accommodated all our needs and treated us like family. They went above and beyond with sharing with us about their Jamaican culture with a amazing PowerPoint for our group!! Outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for better. Their food is top notch. Great flavor. Portions are great. Atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. A hidden gem in Berea. Thank you for having us in your amazing restaurant. Five stars!!
