A hole in the wall place that has very authentic Northern Chinese foods. Their made to order beef/pork/lamb cakes (現點現做餡餅) and steamed buns (包子) are very good. They also have some harder-to-find items like savory crispy shell (果蓖兒) that’s like the fried wonton shell but bigger and crispier and the sweet version of it (糖皮兒).

“If there were an option for zero stars, I would definitely choose zero stars. The service I encountered today was absolutely horrible, the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life. My friends and I went to the restaurant and ordered food worth around $200. While waiting for our takeout order, we needed to use the restroom, so we asked one of the staff members. They directed us to the restroom, but a few moments later, two female staff members opened the door and yelled at us with a terrible attitude.

They have the worst attitude I’ve ever met. Their cashier and manager are very very impolite to their customer. What is included of the cuisine is very different from what the cashier told to me. I asked them if I could exchange it to another one since they gave me the information before I ordered it. They said no and even blamed it on me saying that I should have see the picture carefully. How could I tell from the little picture if the Tofu pot has rice noodles inside or not? Also it is their cashier told me that it has rice noodles inside so that I ordered it. Before, my uncle always bought bum from here for to-go. But this time he said, not even their attitude is bad but also their dine-in food is in very bad quality. Maybe their bum is good, but I’ll say it is definitely not the best in this area. We’d rather go to other places to buy bum. We paid it after and eat nothing and just left. I won’t argue with someone that so impolite like them and will never come back again.

Came here to eat for the first time, the cashier wasn’t very nice I don’t know if it was because of language barrier, but she called a guy that did speak English, 1 minute into the conversation she asks for payment, we weren’t even done ordering. I don’t know Chinese but I do know yes and no , and I clearly heard when he was telling her I wanted buns she said no in her language, he was even stunded too. I understand we don’t know the language but I even had there menu in my hand pointing to what I wanted. it was rude, I should of walked away but my bf really wanted to try. It was good he liked it. But the service was bad. & we never got our drinks.
