I wish there were half star options but I’ll go for the higher rating rather than the lower rating because the only negative of our experience was the cost. This was our first time visiting here. First impressions were great. The place is new, impeccably clean, has super comfy table and chairs, etc. The menu has plenty of options too. Salad bar was nice but could use a few more options. I love that their dressings and dry toppings were in pour bottles which made them so much easier to use and less messy. We ordered a fairly simple pizza- 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 Hawaiian. Oh my goodness! It exceeded my expectations! Highest quality pizza I’ve had in any pizza place here in Idaho. Toppings were plentiful, not skimpy. The crust was thicker than I like but that’s just my personal preference, it still tasted amazing. All in all, it was a wonderful experience but again, the price seemed excessive. $55 (not including tip) for one large rather simple pizza, two salads, and three drinks. It was worth trying once but cost is the only reason we won’t likely return. AND- when I asked the cashier if there were cups or something to put some ranch dressing in for our pizza, she said we had to pay extra for it. $60 for the meal and we don’t even get ranch? Thanks, but no thanks.

Absolutely a great experience. The food was incredible and the staff fun and friendly. I have got to tell you about the wings. OMG they were honestly the best I have ever had. Slightly crunchy, a little spicy and served with home made ranch dressing.

So, so good!! Absolutely loaded with toppings, flavorful and sad we don’t live near a Garbonzo’s anymore. Zero disappointments: Fresh salad bar items, super service, great thick regular crust AND a real gluten-free crust — not that pre-made flat disc you get everywhere else!!! Will absolutely be a must-visit when we’re in the area. (Gluten-free veggie pictured.)

Great local pizza spot. I thinks it’s the best pizza in town. They also have a good salad bar and a great little bar in the back. The service is always great, quick and friendly. There is plenty of parking and it’s easy to get to. I suggest you try it, it will turn into your new spot in Caldwell. Highly recommended!

We ordered carry out pizzas from the Vallivue baseball field tonight and it was delicious. We have never eaten from this pizza/bar before but they are perfect and the pizzas were a huge hit at the field. Thanks to the staff my order came in a few minutes before the end of the game. Perfect timing and HOT pizza!

i have never been there to dine in, but my husband and i were over the road truckers every time we were in ID at the flying J we ordered a pizza delivered , we always recieved it hot and fresh, i am also from NY and let me just say that this is the best pizza i have had since i moved to az , and i wish we were still over the road to get another pizza from them , but since we had to stop trucking 6 yrs ago due to medical reasons we have not had a garbanzo”s but talk about it often still love them and i hope they have not changed their recipe in any way it was perfect !!!!!
