Our nugget history begins in the mid-1970’s, when the original owner, Lou Iandoli and his business partner opened Garden Poultry in the heart of Greenwich, CT. In 1978, grabbing hold of an opportunity to grow and expand, Mr. Landoli opened under the name of Garden Catering on Sound Beach Avenue; which is now known as our flagship location.
Sadly, Mr. Iandoli passed away in 1989 and Garden Catering closed its doors. Responding to the heartache of nugget fans everywhere, Frank Carpenteri Sr. purchased the business from Mrs. Iandoli, along with the secret recipes for Garden Catering’s famous fried chicken and nuggets.

I like their corn fritters a alot but apparently they close whenever they feel like it. I just drove 25 minutes to eat here and they’re closed. According to their hours off operation they’re opened till 9pm. It’s currently 7:25pm. I can’t stand the ‘leave when ya feel like it’ kind of business model.

Been going here for a few years. The nuggets are a local favorite and come in distinctive sacks. You can get everything from a quarter pound sack of them to a full pound depending on your hunger level. Each sack comes with a drink and fries but you can upgrade to potato cones for a surcharge.

Garden Catering is always the go to. The staff here is always super friendly and helpful. I love having the cones and mac and cheese fritters with a kale salad, and my partner’s favorite is the nugget wrap. Honestly you can’t go wrong with any of the choices and I’m just so glad there are now multiple GC locations up and down 95.

Waited half an hour for our food to be ready. Little did we know it had been ready and waiting on the counter the whole time. Staff was careless and “checked” for our food 3 times. WHILE IT SAT THERE GETTING COLD. Do not come here until there’s new better management and staff!

Good food, terrible quality control. Have ordered multiple times and they always miss something on the order. Tonight it was about $12 worth of stuff left off the order. Calling the front desk results in rude cashiers who claim they verify orders but it’s not their problem. Respect is preparing food to the ticket and verifying it.
