Our order was completely messed up. We immediately contacted them to resolve it after arriving home and realizing it was not the right order. At first they told us to just come pick up the missing sweet-and-sour chicken, and the egg rolls didn’t come with the dinner combinations. We went and looked at the menu and sure enough the dinner combinations do come with fried rice and an eggroll so we called them back. They then told us to come pick up the chicken and five egg rolls. I no longer wanted to argue with them on the phone so we just went and picked up the chicken and eggrolls. However, we should have had fried rice, but ended up with white rice that just ended up going in the trash. I cannot believe this is how they are treating their customers, especially since we are an average order once a week and have been coming here for the past 5+ years.

Me and my sister wanted a nice little lunch after work, we stopped by here and 1. There’s a weird plastic wrap and plywood wall they built, but that honestly doesn’t bother me, it’s a COVID precaution. 2. The waitress was kinda rude and seemed annoyed we were there. 3. What really honestly upset me and what gives this review the 2 stars, is she gave me curry that was not spicy. I love spice and I love curry. The menus said spicy and She didn’t even ask what spice level I wanted. My sister’s orange chicken came out first that also was supposed to be spicy, but it wasn’t. But I thought oh, they surely wouldn’t give me non spicy curry? But they did. The food portions are good, but the food quality is honestly kinda mid, and I can’t get over them giving me the opposite of what I ordered. And, 3. The bathroom doesn’t lock. I feel like that is self explanatory. The egg rolls and chicken fried rice are super tasty tho.

Have been going here for years, but it’s seriously gone downhill. Recently got a completely wrong order, and when trying to call in to discuss, they either didn’t understand or refused to work with me, were kinda rude and then hung up on me. So I drove back in and they wouldn’t give me the food I ordered and wanted me to pay for my food a second time. Will not be going here anymore.

As buffets go, they offer rather healthy choices, including large fresh shrimp, as many as you can load in your to-go container. Many other typical Chinese dishes too, most of it quite delicious and better than most other Chinese restaurants. Rather reasonably priced.

I don’t like the buffets here but I will say I ordered something to go last week and it was delicious. I don’t care if they have booths open and there’s plastic everywhere. They don’t have the staff to clean like the state wants them to after somebody eats there. I had the pepper chicken. It was delicious! We are ordering it again tonight with some other dishes. Everyone and everywhere is short staffed so them not having a dining room open didn’t bother me and when I went in and looked at their buffets before it didn’t look fresh so I think she should stay like this and maybe open a few booths so somebody can sit down and eat if they want to. The woman was very nice to me. I don’t expect this business to sit there and give everybody change go to Rite Aid for something like that. I can’t believe people are giving it one stars because she wouldn’t give you change. It’s a restaurant not a bank.

I made a special stop for the buffet, I had little time since I just finished delivering Meals on Wheels, thought I could get it to go…buffet is closed up and they no longer do dine in. Will be totally to go only, going forward, so I ordered a menu item…very disapppointed. Threw most of it away at home. They could get the word out better about their change in dining options, website said nothing, and nothing on the door about.

For the most part there food is great. Now the reason for the one star and me not ordering here again is that I don’t appreciate being charged for food that I didn’t order. The past couple of orders I noticed that I would get a few egg rolls with my delivery didn’t think anything of it. Then I looked at what I was charged compared to what I ordered and they went ahead without my permission, charged me for the egg rolls I didn’t order. That is called a scam. Don’t order deliver from this place they will charge you for food you didn’t order.

This is my family’s favorite Chinese restaurant around especially after trying all in the north side of Lansing. They actually deliver which is great. And there food is unlike any others and is super delicious. Do your self a favor and try the pepper chicken as it is not what it seems. They always seem to go above and beyond for us and there son who delivers is always very pleasant. Will always choose this as our number one restaurant in Dewitt and that’s alot to choose from considering there really isn’t any bad restaurants here. Keep up the good work guys!
