Great experience all the way around. Place is very clean, service was fast and friendly. And most importantly, food was great!! Got the Philly cheesesteak, meat was fresh and cooked perfectly. They use great quality bread, fries were crispy with some great seasoning. Can’t wait to be back to try everything else on the menu. Nice to have some quality north east food in Arlington. They’re from Patterson NJ!

It’s five stars because we can’t give it any more! We stopped in for a quick bite and had a lovely experience chatting with Abdul at the front counter. The menu offerings are diverse and everything looks delicious in the pictures. So many tasty options. Settled on various breakfast fare and we were not disappointed. The portions are massive, the prices are fair and the taste is exquisite. It was SO good! We LOVE it! Please go and check them out.

I had the pleasure of dining at the Garden State Deli on a bustling Saturday afternoon, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. My wife and I were promptly served – her with an impeccable egg, cheese, and meat breakfast sandwich paired with perfectly crisped hash browns, and myself with an utterly delectable chicken Parmesan sandwich.

My wife found this place since they claimed to be from NJ ( she’s from Brooklyn), so we had to try it out. They did not disappoint. It is a small place with not much seating area, so expect a lot of to-go orders. The gentlemen operating the place are nice, and really attentive. Okay, that part is more TX than NJ. Anyway, the food. My wife ordered the chop cheese. For those who know, no need to read any further, just come try the place for yourself. For those who don’t know, chopped cheese is a burger chopped, cooked on the grill. You get the juiciness of the burger with the charred outer bits. It’s a must try. I, myself, went for the Gyro salad. It definitely took me back to my days in Newark. The meat was juicy and tender, but still with the crispy exterior. Their fries was off the hook. First off, they were served still steaming… that’s 5 stars alone for my French Fry lovers. Anyways, come experience this for yourself. You’ll thank me later.

1st timer. Stopped here craving fries and a reviewer said 5/5 for how they cook them. Eh I like the seasoning that’s a 5/5 but not perfectly cooked for me. I wished they were cooked maybe a minute longer. I plan to return some day to try a chopped cheese and will ask for well done fries next time.

Came here for the first time today and it did not disappoint!!! Chopped cheese was on point! Authentic east coast flavor and vibe. Guys inside were super welcoming and nice. So glad to have a spot like this in DFW!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
