What a great experience! We came here for an early dinner not knowing what to expect. What a pleasant surprise. This is not ‘your father’s Mexican restaurant.’ The menu is unique and very creative. The decor and atmosphere is very nice – not the normal garish stuff you see in most establishments. We started with the corn / crema appetizer then shared a ‘hot-pot’ of chicken, steak, shrimp, and cactus in a cheesy spicy sauce. Served with guacamole, sour cream, salsa – perfect with the warm tortillas! The spicy watermelon margaritas were excellent.

Incredible find here in Garden City! Probably the best service we have had in years! Super clean restaurant with unparalleled service! The food was fresh and full of flavor. The spicy pineapple salsa was the perfect balance between sweet and heat. The shrimp dish with the cream was an all time favorite. I always order it nearly everywhere and this one was the best! The birria tacos were very good. The fish tacos were solid, but would have loved a little texture in addition to the cabbage they had in it. Will absolutely be back!

This has quickly become the birthday destination for my family. Just check out the pictures in this post of the pinata style dessert for birthdays. This is the attention to detail given to the food at Garibaldi’s. Even the outside iron works in the back parking lot, greet you with the atmosphere before you enter the restaurant. The food is great, the guacamole is great, the service is great!

Service was exceptional and fast – accurate, quick, knowledgeable. Food was very good with unique aspects and great sizes that were not too big. Cocktails were amazing. I recommend the guac and the salsa flight as well as trying the signature seasonal cocktails.

Love this place in Twin Falls. I had the steak fajitas and they are absolutely the best around. The reason for 4 stars is they don’t serve even one basket of complimentary chips or salsa and it is overpriced. If you want some chips and salsa it will be $7 and a single cheese enchilada is $6. The chips and salsa situation is very disappointing for a Mexican food restaurant as nice and pricey as this one.

Upon entry, we were greeted by the hosts with the most genuine welcome. I immediately thought it must be a family operation. That notion was confirmed by our server, Mike, who was very friendly and guided us to choose a delicious and beautiful mezcal cocktail.

This is one of the BESTTTT Mexican restaurants I have ever been too. Being Mexican it’s hard to find a very authentic Mexican restaurant but this is the one!!! Everything about this place was amazing, will definitely keep coming here for any type of special event I recommend the Carne Asada and the Molcajete! My boyfriend loved the michelada best one he’s had in Idaho soo far!!!

Just had lunch here today and the service was the best I’ve ever had. My mom and sister agreed. I wish I knew our waiter’s name because he was amazing. This Garibaldis blows the one in Twin Falls out of the water. Just no comparison. The warm chips and 3 types of salsa were delicious, too! We will definitely be back!!
