Stopped in for dinner one Saturday. The place was really busy. The staff were prompt and friendly. I ordered pollo asado with a ground beef enchilada. The seasoning is on the milder side and the chicken was a bit dry. The sides of beans and rice were excellent. The salsa had a little kick and onions which I really enjoyed. Great place for a typical family friendly meal.

I was passing through Elko for work and wanted some Mexican food. Drove by this place and decided to stop for lunch. I was excited to find that they had shredded beef so I got the burrito and it was really good! The complimentary chips and salsa also came with a side of beans which I thought was great. Brenda was my waitress and the service was super fast! She kept my drink refilled and once I ordered my burrito I had it in under 5 minutes! I will definitely remember Garibaldi’s when I’m heading through for work in the future!

I loved this place! The burrito verdes and fajitas on the kabob sticks were both great. The decor, staff uniforms, and music were apropos and took me right back to my visits to Mexico. The staff were all friendly and enthusiastic. It is highly recommended from this Michigander.

Went last night. Not super impressed. Chips and salsa were good — nice and spicy salsa. Everything went downhill from there. Fajitas Trio had celery and carrots in it, not super good. Seems like they are trying to go cheap on everything. Hard to find napkins. Hard to get refills. One small scoop of rice, same for beans. Hardly any extra cheese. Fajitas relatively bland. Wife got a chimichanga and she wasn’t impressed either.

This place confuses the heck out of me. It’s either amazing, both service and food… or we wait forever and watch other tables get service quickly. I can’t figure out if that’s because of the server (we watch, it doesn’t seem to matter) or they are serving friends before customers (seems to be what’s happening)
