Yum! Excellent pizza, has to be my new favorite. I love the thin crust the most. They’re all corn-rice gluten-free dough, the ingredients taste amazing. One of there best features is beer and wine. So no extra trip if you’re looking for a refreshing beverage to go with your pizza. You can carry out or have it delivered, yes the beer & wine too.. Its fantastic! Also if you like trying new ciders the Crispin is on point.

I’ve ordered from them many times. I’ve had minor issues in the past but tonight was the worst. I ordered pizza and wings for delivery. It said delivery would be 45 min. After an hour had gone by, I called and they said it would be another half hour at least. I said well let’s start over and I’ll come pick it up. I asked them to make it fresh as that’s what I paid for. They refused and canceled my order. The owner just called me and explained they had a busy rush all at once. Was nice of him to call. Customer service was fantastic. All their associates had a great attitude and were happy to help. Pizza was delicious. Plenty of toppings and the crust was one of the best I have had. I also had some bone in wings. They were juicy and hot and at a great price. Will definitely be returning.

Finally decided to give Garlic Jim’s a try last month after hearing about them over the past few years. Placed an online order for a large specialty pizza (multiple toppings plus sausage) and went to the store to pick it up. I literally thought the box was empty when they handed it to me, it was so light. Very skimpy on the toppings and cheese. I ate the whole pie and still felt hungry afterwards, and I’m not a huge guy (6’1″, 195#). Definitely not worth the $25.99 I paid. I won’t be back.

$26 for a XL brickhouse pepperoni pizza that did not have a lot of pepperoni on it like the picture. The person taking the order on the phone did not mention their $14 pepperoni pizza special which probably would have been comparable to what we got, but a lot cheaper. We didn’t know until we say a sign upon walking into the store. The crust was good, but I can’t justify spending that much money for one pizza with a very small amount of toppings.

We need more pizza shops like this in the area, their service is so professional and friendly every time I order. Always answers the phone as well as any questions customers have. Pizza is absolute delicious every time and they usually have it ready in about 15-20 minutes. I don’t know how they do it but this place is the bomb!

Food is good when done correctly. The restaurant does not take ownership of their mistakes though so it’s a gamble. When we called with our complaint, we were talked down to and hung up on. They definitely are not customer focused and most of the workers tried to lecture us about how to be customers. They put all blame on you…so be warned if you buy from them and there is a mistake. You are guarenteed to lose your money and be treated poorly for trying to report it.
