So stoked to see these peeps in their new location! Been a huge fan since they first opened out in Nampa! I think the only things I haven’t tried on their menu is the Torta de Birria & BirriaGarnachos everything else I can ABSOLUTELY swear by! This is the taco spot you’ve been looking for! However, it’s a popular spot now so the waits can get a little long but be patient it’s worth it!

Very cute set up for a food truck. First time was today super rainy day so no eating at the tables. Food to go. We got two different kinds of tacos. Food was fast and fresh. Service friendly. Little bit of a language barrier and she was kind of expecting me to know what I was gonna get but honestly I didn’t understand any of the items they looked a little bit different than what I expect. They tasted pretty good. I loved the chopped fresh onions with the tacos. The salsa was pretty good the green salsa, I probably will come back and try some other interesting things I saw on the menu (some kind of ramen?) but it’s not gonna be one of my regular destinations places No complaints

La Garnacha que Apapacha is a popular Nampa food truck located at 215 1st Ave. South, that is known for its Birria. Best known for their Birria tacos, they have lots of other menu items with Birria too. I had been wanting to try them for some time and finally got the chance last week. I ordered. 3 Birria tacos ($12) and 16 ounces of consommé ($2).
