After coming to this establishment twice, I really wanted to give this place a better rating. I did. I tried not to have expectations coming into this place, but each time I left confused. I’ll explain why, you have this amazing and beautiful place, decent drinks, BUT have a rude waitress and disappointing food.

Had dinner at the new location. Family place, dog friendly with a very nice layout of inside and outdoor dining. Menu was good, and the food service quick. Had to wait for a beer. The bar is slow. The views are not the best at this time. Hopefully, the pile of rubble across the water gets relocated. If you have a boat, you can dock at the restaurant.

Went on a Saturday night, it was packed and was immediately seated. The service was extremely good, Lisa who served us made us feel very comfortable and explained to us the menu and options. The apps were incredible, the pretzel was super fresh and soft, the chicken wings were some of the best I had in a while. Having not had great food in the Glen Cove area lately I can say Garvies Point brewery is my new favorite spot in Glen Cove.

Best to go early. French fries always go great with honey mustard ( my opinion). Try the beer. Pastry pusher was my favorite

I live two towns west from here and happy to say I had a great time for my very first visit and I’ll for sure be coming back here repeatedly! Great outdoor space with tons of seating options and the inside is airy and open with both regular dining table seating and bar stool seating with more seating all around the bar. I loved that they have an almost suspended in air private event space that overlooks the rest of the bar/restaurant area.

Had very high hopes based on some reviews and recommendations. Unfortunately it did not live up – or maybe management didn’t I should say. Bar staff were polite and accommodating. Atmosphere left u wanting a bit more but that may have just had to do with a lack of patrons. What defined the entire experience was the disrespectful manner with which a member of management treated our party. My fiancé, our pupper, and myself were greeted by a polite hostess, an attentive bartender, and jovial patrons. I mention only because of the stark contrast of who appeared to be the manager. The bartender had already asked if our dog was a service animal and we explained the nature of the service offered – all moved on with our lives. Then about 10 min into being settled-in with drinks in hand, we were blindsided by a very irate older man. He came over with an intensity only potentially justified by a personal insult. He immediately said “ALL THE DOGS HAVE TO GET OUT. YOU CAN CALL THE COPS, I DONT CARE. I CANT HAVE THEM IN HERE”. Now we’re no strangers to the service dog reaction but the way this was handled was more than disrespectful. The accusatory tone and incredulity was as if he had just caught a less than stellar employee red handed doing something they knew to be wrong. We calmly explained that this had been addressed by the bartender and that our Jade is a service animal. He again retorted with the arrogance of a battle proven general “I DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS, YOU EITHER NEED TO LEAVE OR TAKE YOUR DRINKS OUTSIDE”. Neither of us were looking to stay at that point – and will not be going back. Just entirely uncalled for

The atmosphere of the place is fantastic and the food too but our waitress ruined our experience completely, it took almost two hours to get us our order and she also ruined the order of two of my companions, when we tried to talk to her she evaded us and did not even turn to see us, she was very rude since it was very obvious that she was ignoring us, It’s a shame for such a popular place, they should work on their selection filter in terms of customer service

Love the new space and atmosphere. Food was tasty. Just wish they gave exact change instead of shorting us our change.
