If you want somewhere good to eat without spending a lot, this is the place. Located in a quiet town of West Newton. The food is delicious always fresh and you get a lot, the service is great and I just love the atmosphere. Gary is known for his best selling hamburger , and it’s really good. They also have a bakery right next door. Everything is homemade, cookies, donuts, and homemade buns and bread that is absolutely delicious and so much more! So if you’re ever in West Newton and want a good homestyle meal stop in Gary’s Chuckwagon and say hi to Gary. You won’t leave hungry and you won’t be disappointed! Enjoy!!

Great big breakfast here! This the country fried steak with homemade white bread. The bikers thank you!

Good food, but we came at a time when several groups were being catered. We ended up waiting about half an hour for our food. Not their fault, however.

Very friendly waitress in the diner. We had omelets that were very tasty. We bought some jelly and baked goods. The lady at the counter was very friendly. We had a nice chat! Will be back again.

The pork chop dinner made my wife nauseated. My Hamburg did not make me sick but it had little or no taste

Service was great, pancakes were very tasty. The restaurant definitely needs some updating, but we were sat in the connecting room (Gingerbread House) and there was a terrible smell in there, like sewer, which was pretty unappetizing.

Food was mostly good. Expected homemade mashed potatoes, but they were a little cold and tasted like they came from a box. Also, my water cup and my mom’s silverware were dirty. Staff is friendly, the place is quaint. Would come here again.
