They didn’t let me customize my sandwich. Even though the bacon is probably ready-to-eat, they didn’t warm it up and cold bacon on a sandwich just tastes weird so I ended up cooking it myself. The pasta salad never disappoints though.

LOVE this place! The meats are freshly sliced to order. Marble Rye bread is delicious. Their salad selection is quite large and good. One of the best kept secrets in Geneseo. Go there!

We found this place just off of I80 while passing through Iowa. The food was top-notch, and the Owners and staff were beyond friendly. They made great suggestions, and we had to take some of their delicious homemade goodies with us in addition to an excellent lunch. This is a hidden gem among chain restaurants that we will visit every time we are in the area.

Just had lunch there for the first time today. Good rueben, excellent loaded Mac & cheese, and I had no idea that one of the local breweries made soda, but they sell it there and that was the best orange cream soda I have ever tasted. My coworker and I went there having never been before, so we didn’t call our order in ahead. We had a pretty large order and I don’t think it took them ten minutes to serve us and have us on our way. All in all a great experience.

My wife and I stopped by for a picnic lunch this week and to try it out. Lunch special was very delicious.. maybe a tad heavy on mayonnaise (I’m not complaining as I love that!!) And I would have liked a bit more meat on the croissant. But, those are minor points. Definitely worth checking out and we’ll be regular customers!

I’ve bought ham salad from everywhere over the years, because I love it – Tried it from Gary’s last weekend and it is the best I’ve ever had! The beef salad and pastrami were amazing too – Friends from out of town were visiting, one who is an Italian from Chicago, thought the beef salad was unbelievable and pastrami was delicious!
