We stopped by during Mistletoe Market for lunch. I ordered BBQ and cheddar with potato salad and macaroni salad. Wife ordered chicken, bacon, ranch. They were quick and food was hot, everything was delicious.

Our first time having lunch at Gate 16 Cafe. I had a Hawaiian chicken sandwich with chips. My wife had a chicken bacon ranch panini with a fruit cup. We shared a slice of cheesecake. The sandwiches came with a dill pickle spear We each had a soft drink. The drinks could have been colder. This seems to be the case at most places serving a bottle drink. The chicken salad on my sandwich was a generous serving and was very good. My wife enjoyed her panini too and mentioned how great the bacon was. Who doesn’t like bacon? She also enjoyed the fruit cup. I said the serving was generous, we will have the other half sandwich for our evening meal. We enjoyed our sandwiches and going back will be an easy choice.

Shannon’s cafe is a comfy little place that is great for just hanging out with good friends over a bite! The salad I had was super fresh and very yummy!! And had to splurge with a muffin too! It reminded me of a little place like on “Friends” will definitely be returning often, with or without friends! Great place to dine in or take to go!! Try it, you’ll love it!!!
