I have no idea how this place had any good reviews. I have never seen “home fries” resemble a pile of burned ashes then served before. The wait for the food was unbelievably long despite few people being there. Then my wife’s fruit cup took even longer to come out because, “they had to cut it up”. The waitress pretty much ignored us the whole time we were there. NEVER going there again.

The service and food were both rather disappointing. When we first walked in it was a little busy but still a fair number of open tables and staff walked by us several times without acknowledging our existence at all. Once we finally were sat, it became apparent that the lady who was hostess was also running drinks and clearing tables. Seemed like poor allocation of staff responsibilities for a Sunday brunch. Then we noticed that other groups of people coming through the rear entrance were also completely ignored while people coming through the front entrance much later than them were sat near immediately. The food itself seemed exciting on the menu, but when it arrived on the table it lacked flavor and was all around unexciting. Then you were pretty much ignored by waitstaff for the duration of the meal, as our coffee was not refilled once the whole time we were there. Good to know the lack of attention as you come in is consistent through the whole experience.

A fantastic, must-stop diner in the center of Canandaigua. The menu has a wide range of reasonably priced options for breakfast and lunch, along with some fun signature cocktails. Definitely a diner vibe, clean, and always busy. Where this restaurant shines is in the service. Staff are cheerful and pleasant, bussers are rounding to clear empty dishes, and orders are served quickly(we have never had a long wait).

My husband and I sat outside with our Weimerdoodle, Willow Bee, and they were WONDERFUL to Willow! Made sure she had water and treats and they even offer “doggie bowls” so your dog can have breakfast/lunch, too!!! Their food is wonderful and staff attentive and we love sitting outside and watch people! Our GO TO place for breakfast/brunch!
