I’ll start with the positives clean looking restaurant great carrot cake. Negative cuban sandwich needed the pork sliced or chopped up. The pieces in the sandwich were hard and large. The cheese fries weren’t bad less sauce and a little real cheese would make them better. Also I think your fryer needs cleaning more often. This is from one person who worked in restaurants for years.

This was surprisingly good! I ordered here accidentally (long story) and was pleased that the pizza was delicious, crisp crust and nicely spiced sauce. We also ordered two kinds of wings, old bay and buffalo. Both were well cooked with lots of meat, not too fatty. Ample amount of seasoning. It was a little pricey but for the quality of food, worth it. We will order again.

Ordered french fries with a side of gravy amongst other food for my children and I. Began eating and noticed something black in the gravy. Come to find out, it was a dead fly! I mean seriously… a dead fly. You can see the tiny red eyes and black legs. Absolutely gross! Will never buy from them again!

Very bad customer service, I called to see if this location had momos I was put on hold for 20 minutes. Then when we went in they said this wasn’t the location. If they had answered I won’t have had to make the trip. they said the place was busy when they put me on hold and then there was not even one customer there.

Okay so get this, yesterday night December 17, 2021 me and my friend went to gateway to order a half extra cheese and pepperoni pizza … we ordered over our phone in the car and waited over well over 20 minutes to receive this monstrosity of a pizza. During the halfway point of our wait time, my friend went In to check on the pizza and he recalled the staff barely speaking to him but laughing and hanging out .. they’re relaxed attitudes created THIS PIZZA . Gateway has really disappointed me this time.

This is my third and last bad experience with them. First time, ordered delivery and the cheese+toppings slid off in the box during the less than 5 min drive over. Second time, they got my order wrong but I only realized when I got home (it happens but I didn’t call back or anything). Third time, I realized I overpaid about $11 and when asked how, they charged me full menu price per item and wouldn’t honor a coupon I got from one of their menus and had in hand. Ya’ll are garbage even during rona times smh.
