Had a very long day decided to order pizza for my kiddos. Places my order with very short and dry lady on phone. She never repeated back info of order or credit info to confirm order was put in correctly. Was told my food would arrive in 45 min. Which was great because I had to feed my kiddos before practice. Never arrived on time. It took up to an hour and a half to get my food. Which was cold. I called back 3 times before the rude lady who answered the phone decided to call the driver after an hour. Before doing so she stated we don’t track our drivers Which was very much uncalled. She finally calls driver and he takes another additional 15 min. My home is approximately only 10 min from shop to begin with. Needless to say I will NEVER order from these rude late people again in life! My kids had to miss half of practice due to there actions! And fyi I still tipped but they will never get another dollar from me? My family, or friends! They need to train their staff in proper customer service. This pizza place is not it!!!

The steak calzone not having any steak wasn’t the problem, that’s can be fixed. When I called the lady was very rude and even hung up on me after stating she was on the phone with the manager. I had to leave work and go to a restaurant that I ordered delivery from. When I got there no apology nothing I sat the box on the counter and my money was handed to me. The lady that answered the phone was nowhere in sight.

Pizza is bomb … fresh hot and delicious I mean I’m from Los Angeles California and they have a lot of pizza spots out here been here 7 months n by far this the best I’ve had here hands down 10/10 the sauce the toppings the cheese is the best the crust soft chewy good I mean you can eat the whole slice even better the next day if you have left overs lol I doubt it but yes I highly recommended I drive all the way from Delmont to go to McKees Rock to get pizza

We went to Gavino’s while waiting to get into the theater across the street. They were packed but super helpful and worked hard to get the orders out. Mozzarella sticks were amazing also!

Terrible! Waited almost 1.5 hours for no cheese sauce for fries. Instead of sauce on side of wings, they were floating in it. Steak salad barely had steak and fries were getting cold. Their remedy? 15% off the next order or wait LONGER for more wings and sauce. No way buddy. First and LAST time for this place. *Update* I’m glad the owner put his “remedy” in writing here. So now I’ll pursue another REMEDY in a couple of days. Atta BOY owner

I got a slice. They heated it up, so the crust was nice and crisp (almost burnt). The cheese was so hot I could barely take a bite, but then the cheese became cold and chewy in my mouth and would not go away no matter how long I gnawed at it. The crust was nothing special, and I feel like the slices were overpriced for their size. Friendly service and clean dining room.

Pizza was excellent but the wings were disgusting. Probably the worst I’ve ever had. Obviously were days old and heated up. Sercice great. All my food was to go. I would go back for the pizza. NO wings.
