Place had excellent customer service. The hamburger I order the “old fashioned with mushrooms and cheese” was delicious. I love mushrooms and Swiss cheese . The sweet potato fries were so good as well . They had a topping bar with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños etc. Place was clean and a great atmosphere. I will definitely be back

First visit and I’m given a burger sitting on top of the cheese and onion which is melted I to the paper that the burger sits one. Why would my cheese be under the entire burger..waste of $24. Now I have to go to my fridge to get a slice of cheese to put on not under my burger.

Great burgers with fresh ingredients! The sweet potatoes fries were so crispy and tasty. This place you dress your own burger which gives you the freedom to make it exactly the way you want it. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean.

Tried this place due to proximity of a hospital I was visiting. Although it was a bit hot, the atmosphere was great and loved the idea of toppings being in the hands of customers. When the food came out it was great sized portions and fries were thick. However, the burger had absolutely no flavor to it and was bland. I was surprised as everything else was good. Would recommend some seasonings to be added to the patty. I eventually just stopped eating the burger.

Yes, this is a burger place, but I think their chicken sandwich is even better than their burger! And I know others who say their turkey burger is the best! Everyone, though, can agree that their topping bar is awesome – lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, pico – how ever you want to top your burger! Cheese fries are awesome, onion rings are very good, too!

Nasty nasty restaurant. Save your money. Numerous food safety violations. Employess with no hair coverings, (extremely long beard and hair), picking their nose in the kitchen, drinking personal drinks in the kitchen, spraying cleaner spray over veggies for burgers. First and last time here. This establishment needs a visit from health department.

This is my “go to” place after I visit my doctor. It makes all the poking and prodding worth it. Seriously great chicken sandwich. My husband loves it with grilled jalapeño. I got a salmon salad this time because I was not so hungry. OMG it is massive. I added pico from the condiment bar. And mixed both e the balsamic and honey mustard dressing. Very tasty and plenty to take home for later.

Bland is the best way I can describe this meal. The burger was mainly bun and the patty was about as thin as it could possibly be. The bacon was just as thin if not more. Onion rings were fried to a crisp- not a lot of seasoning. Everything tasted okay…but not for $20. I was paying Five Guys prices for 1/16 the meat, which was super disappointing considering all the newspaper blurbs they post on their walls talking about how cheap it is. They’re clearly cutting costs when it comes to running the place, so do you think they could either drop the prices or give us more meat? Apparently not.
