Just moved here. This was the first place we decided to try because it was recommended by locals. I was pumped to try local Chinese food that wasn’t from traditional buffet. Between my roommate and I we got General Tso’s, Crab Wontons, an Egg-roll, Order of chicken fried rice… Our bill was well above $40 total. The food was very fresh and service was good. My general tso’s sauce was thin and tasted of sweetened teriyaki sauce. It was piping hot, the breading was fresh, but the sauce wasn’t good and was totally different from any General Tso’s I’ve had….

I’ve been going to Gee’s for many years. But it’s not the same since Papa G retired and moved. I think he needs to come and give Junior G a refresher course. Don’t get me wrong Gee’s is still the best Chinese restaurant I have been to. However I do have a couple of complaints. My go-to meal there is the hong shu gai. But tonight’s hhong shu Gai gravy was brown instead of a clear gravy plus it tasted a little burnt and a bit too salty than what it should be. And the egg rolls are the best from far and wide but they have shrunk they need to be put back to the size they were that should be about a half inch longer than what they are now. No don’t get me wrong they are the best Chinese it is the three closest cities the junior team needs to step it up his game and get back to Dad recipes and do it like Dad that if he wants to keep his business up

The best Chinese food anywhere….from a well-traveled person who is picky. Strange decor, and cash only. Worth the trip from anywhere. LOVE the hot and sour soup!!!!!

I HAVE TRAVELED IN 37 STATES AND 11 FOREIGN COUNTRIES AND THIS IS THE BEST CHINAS FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD!!! IT ALSO IS VERY REASONABLY PRICED.
