Ordered a Stromboli with bacon and meatballs. No bacon, only a couple crumbs of meatball, AND it was full of sauce! Strombolis do not have sauce. That’s just one issue. We spent well over $100, and Very disappointed with the food.

Seriously underrated. I havnt had anything bad from the menu and I don’t anticipate I will! We live close and will order fairly often sometimes deliver sometimes we will go pick up. Staff is always very sweet and super helpful! My daughter and I went in one night for slices and they were already gone. They offered to make us a small pie instead! When we deliver food is always prompt and hot on delivery. Chicken bacon ranch sub is my go to and you can’t go wrong with the chocolate cake

The third time in a row the food was sub-par. Asked for wings extra crispy every time….two times undercooked… third time burnt and tasted sour… no garlic toast whatsoever…lost this customer for good.

When they first opened we ordered pizza from here cause we like the previous pizza place. You have to ask yourself what is the point of serving food (pizza in this case) when what you make is terrible? Beyond my comprehension. Now maybe they have improved but we are not going to give them another chance. Too many other good options. Sorry kids at OCC.

How do I explain this bulls… I order delivery for 5:30pm, a sheet and 30 “chicken wings” combo, and an extra 20 wings(106$+ 14$ delivery tip =120). Delivery man sent me the food around 5:45pm (calls me and says I left you the food then hangs up) I didn’t even pay them the cash yet so being “AN HONEST PERSON”. I call back and say you forgot to get paid…. Thankfully I’m generous for the food so I still give him the money. I call the store to tell them about the issue. They say they’ll make me my orginal order of wings, and send them ASAP. Which is around 550pm. I call back 3-4 times,and get the same reply from the same girl who took my order about busy traffic… now it’s 10:26pm and they’re closed. I got boneless wings instead of my orginal cravings for real traditional wings. I actually gave my food away knowing I’d be getting fresh new chargrilled mango habanero wings. Good karma… where are you… I’d love an explanation for this nightmare.

Worst experience ever! Manager swore on the phone to me. Wouldn’t refund my money and acknowledge that the order was messed up. All the food was cold, 2 of the 3 subs we ordered were burnt and black. It took an extra 40 mins to get here after the time they gave us. I will never order from them again.
