We loved Gemini and it has a lively atmosphere. We loved the different blends of Margaritas (we loved the Elderflower) and it’s modern spin.

Loved the food, the Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio was delicious. The Champiñones had a perfectly cooked egg yolk with roasted mushrooms. The Patatas Bravas and Pan Con Tomate dishes were really good too. All the ingredients tasted very fresh and perfectly seasoned.

Delicious lunch! The red Sangria was excellent with subtle cinnamon and just enough alcohol. The meatballs were very tasty and the sauce was subtle and delicious. The croquettes were amazing! I wanted to order more. So crisp and delicate and cheesy. The short rib sandwich was very tasty but it had a lot of horse radish which overpowered the sandwich. It was such a gorgeous day so we were able to sit outside and people watch.

Service was excellent. Food was only OK. The stuffed pepper tapas plate was excellent, the cauliflower main dish was decent, the Spanish red wine was funky (look, if I wanted to drink kombucha I’d just drink kombucha, I don’t need my wine to also be on its way to vinegar funk) and the sourdough bread was bad–I bake better in my own home oven. They’re clearly not using a high-end steam-injected oven or maybe not even a lid on a Dutch oven, this was more like a sandwich loaf than good crusty sourdough. Expensive, as you should probably expect for Pearl Street.

Gemini was part of our Boulder food tour and probably one of the highlights. We had the ribs, artichoke and the pan con tomate. My regret is that we’re visiting and are not able to return for dinner.

Truly a wonderful and delicious experience. The lobster croquettes were out of this world, the short ribs were full of wonderful umami and very tender meat. Drinks were top notch. They are an amazing replacement for what was formerly Riffs Urban Fare.

One of the better experiences we have had in Colorado. Well executed, good server, portions were adequate. Venue lacked decor or soul. But it did not take away from the hole experience. Will be back. Duck confit was superb!

Great place for tapas! Had my heart set on the octopus and they did not disappoint. Tried maybe a quarter of their tapas menu and the lamb shank. All so very good. Will come back again.
