These days I actually rate Gen 5-star because they have upped their game across the board with my recent visits… really at both locations – Frisco and Carrollton. What I have noticed is that their staff is much more attentive and helpful (trained way better than before) and their meat selection (how they cut the meat and quality of meat) has also majorly improved.

Really enjoyed our dinner here. Initially they sat us at a table that was very dirty but they quickly cleaned it up a bit and everything else was great. Excellent food and service at a reasonable price. I am looking forward to going back. I highly recommend the garlic pork belly.

The food was very good. The meat each had there own flavor. They each we sweet and delicious. And you can’t xomplain you so that like the way your food is cooked because you cook it yourself. So you can get either tender or nice and crisp. The rice was nice qnd sticky so you could eat it with the chop sticks. They also provided forks. The service was nice. As soon as we finished a plate of meat they would come back and asked if we wanted more. The all you can eat salad and rice was very helpful. l was very ful from all the meat I had. 10 out of 10 so fulliny and good.

The servers are understaffed when I was there. They rolled out a special for fried fish and fried cheese steak, took about 20mins for it to arrive and the fish was undercooked, I cut it open to share it with the table and found out, good thing I didn’t bite into it.

So unfortunately this is my first time eating Korean BBQ. I have to say this is actually incredible! Instead of your typical non seasoned beef. You get beautifully marinated meat to cook yourself. Shayan was a fantastic server that was very attentive all of our needs. I would highly suggest anyone that loves fantastically seasoned meats and amazing accoutrements.

For a Friday the wait was not bad. The food is fresh and it’s a fun experience. However we had a bad experience with the honey chicken, which we left on the grill for almost 15 minutes (bite size pieces) and then also let it rest for 10 and it was still raw. It was bizarre. But other than that everything was great and our server Jake had some good suggestions on what to order. Right around 90$ for two people after tip but it is all you can eat so you can really get your moneys worth if that’s the intention. Would go again!

I ordered delivery, and more than half of my meat was burnt. The shrimp was not cleaned and overcooked. Couldn’t get them out of the shell. The flavor for what I could eat was good. I wish I could’ve gotten a better cook. The food was $25, but they added a bunch of fees, and my order was $42. Probably won’t order again.

First time here. The service and staff were very nice and courteous and were able to explain the menu choices. One price for a much a you could eat that includes 4 meats, rice and sides. The meat comes uncooked as you get to cook it to your liking right at the table. The wait staff comes regularly to change out the grill plate. I came with a group so some people ordered meats I didn’t care for but for the most part was pretty good.
