Servers were on top of it. We ordered ungodly amounts of food, and while most places avoid us for it, the server we had, Mike Hai, was all for it and on top of it. Our food came out right as we ordered it and our empty plates were taken just as fast. All the food was amazing and there was a lot of it. They also changed out our cooking plate at the right time, every time. 10/10, go here if you want a good atmosphere, nice servers, and excellent food.

I have traveled to multiple countries and always like trying different food spots. I think it is my duty to express that this place is not worth the money. I would much rather recommend a place like Gangnam station if I’m spending $100+ for Korean BBQ. The place needs to invest in better quality meats. Other than that, the service was okay, the atmosphere was okay, but the food was not up to par. The side dishes tasted old, and the salad was probably the best thing we ate.

Excellent quality food, although a rather limited selection of different types of beef. The service is rather slow and because of the time limit (90 minutes to eat) there is little chance you will actually be full before you finish despite it being advertised as “all you can eat.” It was an enjoyable experience, but other Korean BBQ spots will treat you better!

Good experience. Try the brisket/ hawiian steaks/ and my overall fave the short ribs. Would have liked two seperate burners at the table, but it worked out fine. Wasn’t rushed by our waiter to leave our table. He had good recommendations and was back to get us a new round as soon as our food was done. Plenty to eat for the time limit.

I’m happy that I ate at this restaurant. $24.99/ person is pretty great considering all restaurants raise the price due to covid. The meat quality was good. Side dishes were flavorful. My server was attentive. I’ll come here again for more food.

I recently visited Gen BBQ for lunch, and the experience was not top-notch as it was years before. The restaurant is known for its lively ambiance and upbeat music, but this did not detract from the overall experience. Our server, Thai, was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Despite an increase in prices, the value of the quality of food is still reasonable. The selection of meats, including beef, pork, chicken, and seafood, is great, with the beef and pork belly and calamari being standout choices. Although the traditional stone pot is no longer used for the tofu soup, the taste remained satisfying.
