My kids absolutely love dining here, especially for the bone in short ribs and crispy popcorn chicken. The customer service is always great. However, if I were to express a minor disappointment, it would be the tofu soup, which doesn’t quite measure up to my personal preferences compared to other locations. Nevertheless, this minor setback doesn’t deter us from returning.

Delicious choices, we enjoyed pork, beef, chicken, and shrimp at our dinner. All were great including the sides (although popcorn chicken was glorified chicken tenders). I have nothing to complain about, it was a great experience.

We’ve gone here twice, and were happy both times. The meats are very tender and the marinades are great. I recommend most of the chicken flavors, and the beef bulgogi!

When I tell you they food is the bomb . Com! I had the spicy pork, the calamari, the spicy shrimp, the pomegranate Soju. Everything was so good. Even the salad, the pork riblets and the appetizers. Definitely coming back. The Soju will surprise you. It tastes like juice but has a powerful effect! 10 out of 10.

Great food and our service was excellant. A little expensive, that is to be expected. Restrooms were clean but in the men’s it was missing a hot water handle. It lost a star for having duct tape on the seats, yuck! It lost another star because of parking, it is in a crowded mall.

It was a neat experience. However with four of us at the table our choices were limited to 41 a piece and our wait time with ordering seem to be a lot of weight time between getting an a option. We waited for 5 to 10 minutes between receiving options and not having prompt service made the experience less enjoyable. Our staff took a break which is understandable but the coverage was not sufficient and our wait time was to be too long and made waiting for service. That made the whole experience not pleasant. Eating a piece of Hawaiian steak and then waiting 10 minutes to even be asked to take another order and then waiting another 10 minutes to even be served. Very much a meat orientated menu and not much on the vegetable outside of salad. Some grilled vegetables would have been nice.

Extremely disappointed. Service was horrible, food was mediocre, atmosphere was ok, except for the inappropriate music. We were served dishes we did not order, we were not served some dishes we did order, at one point we sat at the table for 15 minutes with no food (between servings) and the place was less than half full. The excuse we received was that the kitchen was backed up…. they serve raw meat, how backed up can they be. Near the end the DISTRICT MANAGER came to the table and informed us that the worst time to go there is around 5 and 6 because they do a 100% shift change and are ways behind. It took 10 minutes to be seated and the place was empty at that time! The district manager is aware of this, but does nothing to accomodate for business and customer service? We will never return here.
