Pulled in here while in a weekend motorcycle trip for lunch. Very glad I did! Fantastic country cafe! I had a bacon cheeseburger and it was perfect. Juicy, seasoned like a good old fashioned backyard burger. The onion rings were large, crispy and piping hot. Our waitress was speedy and very friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I ordered chicken wings and received all drumsticks. Also the thousand Island had been left out and was extremely spoiled! Extremely slow service also. Took more than 5 minutes for anyone to take our drink order and they were not busy

Come here weekly get the specials. Very good food can’t say I’ve had anything I didn’t enjoy. Love the corn salad broccoli salad potato casserole all sides are homemade. Taste homemade Not regular canned veggies.

I work in a restaurant so I know how annoying it is when people come in within the last hour, but considering that there was only one other table besides us when we ordered, I didn’t expect such a long wait. We got our appetizers, three app combo (cheese balls, corn nuggets, and onion slices) which weren’t bad, could’ve been a little bit seasoned, add some garlic to the cheese ball coating and it would’ve been 10/10 and had to wait a while for our food. I would’ve understood 10-15 minutes, but 45 minutes is ridiculous honestly. They charged us twice for the drinks which they fixed thankfully. The cook came out to re-cook my dads oysters since they weren’t even cooked enough.

The food was delicious!! I got a crispy chicken salad and some cheese balls. Some wonderful people work there and the food is always great! Please get a dessert when you go because you won’t be disappointed! You will be full but you can get one to go.

First time there. Excellent food! Great service! Best Country Fried Steak dinner I ever had! My friend had the Catfish dinner and it was excellent! The fillets were huge! The place was clean. We will be going back!

My wife and decided to try something different and drove to New Site to eat here. After having to figure out we seat ourselves, the waitress made us move because she was “cleaning” that area. After getting our food, that was the last time we saw anyone. We had to get our own refills, condiments, extra napkins and then try to figure out how we paid when we were ready to leave. Very poor service and the food was nothing to brag about, the fries were cold and the “sweet” slaw was very peppery. Anyway, won’t be back and I hope it was just an off night as for the horrible service
