Wonderful atmosphere with artisan drinks. The cranberry orange scone was phenomenal, I was tempted to go buy another! The service was top notch and baristas were lovely. You won’t regret popping in for a visit!

Have been here a few times. Lately went inside twice, delicious latte and shortbread to accompany it, yummy. Comfortable to sit inside, cute things to look and buy. It’s clean, cozy. You can sit outside and bring your dog and hang out also. Love it, support locally owned businesses, you can feel the love.

Genesis is such a cool place in downtown Newberry. I really like the reduce, reuse, recycle aesthetic they seem to have embraced. It’s also really cool that they use coffee beans that have been ethically sourced. The café is super quaint and modern and has a new vibe with a old town feel if that makes sense.

Driving home to Chicago from FL. Great coffee shop. If we are driving through again, we will stop by. We would have gone into some shops too because the town is really cite, but they need longer hours on Saturday.

I love Genesis! They have great coffee and tea! And Everything in store is Fair Trade!! They even have small grocery items for people trying to transition to fair trade products! They also have regular cafe cups and reusable straws which i super appreciate! Even their to go straws are compostable. Way less plastic I love it 🙂 I spend a lot of time here. Great people, great place.
