We visited Genghis for the first time this past weekend and mostly everything was excellent. The waitress/ host/ food runner/ busser/ cashier was like WONDER WOMAN! Give this girl a raise!! She forgot to let us know that we could create our own order from the food salad bar but besides that she was outstanding! The food was tasty and the sizes we ordered were good portion sizes. I was able to try their sauces and we got some to go with our unfinished food. The restaurant was clean and everyone was super helpful. Not the traditional Mongolian grill we expected but we left happy regardless. We will be back for more.

It’s one of my favorite restaurants, but last night 12/26/2022 was disgusting. I live 40min away and I went to find a dirty restaurant, without food and when I asked for food the employee Alex told me that’s what we have, will you want your food? And I was able to take some photos

I have been going to this restaurant for a couple of years and always before the service and food has been excellent. This visit not so much. My granddaughter is five and will only eat fried rice. The rice that arrived was very hot and spicy. This has happened a couple of times. The customer before us ordered spicy food, and the chef did not clean the grill in between. They provided a clean dish for my granddaughter, but when I found a hair in my food, I was done. They don’t wear nets and thus stuff and things fall in the food. I wouldn’t recommend until this oversight is corrected.

I’ve always wanted to come here since I was a kid and decided to finally take the chance since we had to go to Amazon fresh next door. Upon entering I expected it to be like hands-on chipotle style where you just create what you want, not a sit-down dining experience which is fine. We came around noon and were sat down immediately but no one came to our table for at least 10 minutes. Since we’ve never been there we walked over to the bar and the host stopped us and sat us back down and started taking our order instead of a waiter. We placed our order and got our food, but it annoyed us that no waiter came to help and the host had to. The food itself is decent, the sauces were too sweet for me personally but my girlfriend enjoyed it which is what really matters. Overall I probably won’t go back unless I’m really in the mood or opt for takeout.

Very nice experience of dining, you can either order from the menu or make your own mix from the variety of ingredients including different types of pork, beef, chicken, bacon, sausage, sea foods, etc. Then you have the vegetables, seasonings, and sauces. You can fill you chosen bowl size as much as you can, then take it to the chef who will grill them and bring them to your table.

We came back to this restaurant for the first time after several years and it was wonderful. We came at around 1pm and there was only one other couple eating inside of the restaurant. The last time that we came here we chose the build your own bowl but this time around we decided to just order the sing Chef prepared bowls. My Mom ordered the Bangkok Chef Bowl and I ordered the Gmmi Chimi Chef Bowl. Our server Matthew did a great job, and he checked in with us at least twice to make sure everything was good. Matthew made all of the difference and we had a great dining out experience.

I’ve come here for dine in & take out & the food is always delicious. When I ordered take out I was given the wrong food & had to go back 20 mins to the restaurant to get my correct order with nothing extra offered for inconvenience. My dine in experience was great. Good atmosphere, great service, everyone very friendly and willing to help you navigate the self serve process . A mixed review, yes, but I have to be honest.
