There is a big room with open kitchen, like a Japanese hibachi house. Their app has some great discounts, where ppl can also earn rewards easily. Their steak and chicken were hard to chew. Their shrimp was fresh and chewy.

Ordered a build your ownn bowl for 17$ I expected a lot more when I feel I can get better food, and more food for 3$ cheaper right next door at Roots

The food was terrible. I ate about 1/4 of it and could not eat anymore. It looks like mush and isn’t good. They didn’t even chop the green onions and in addition to that they’re so chewy you can’t even bite them up, they just remain whole and mushy. The wonton strips are also soggy. Will not be returning.

Stopped in for dinner before the Billy Joel/Stevie Nicks concert . The menue has multiple options, each with three sizes. We both ordered the medium, which was more than enough. Have a big appetite if you order the large bowl. Ingredients are fresh and cooked to order. Staff was friendly and efficient.

This is unlike any Genghis Grill I’ve ever been to. If you’re expecting to create your own bowl you’ll be just as disappointed as I was. Instead you can choose from a list of bowls on the menu. You can “create your own” but have no control over how much of what you would like. Overall this was very disappointing and should probably just be named something else entirely. A Genghis Grill… this is not.

While it might not have the same format as other ghengis grill locations, it’s still plenty good. But I have to agree with the other reviewers that it sucks you can’t actually make your bowls “live” and you have to pick from a pre-made list. I highly recommend getting a bowl-ritto

This place is not like the other Genghis Grill you don’t get to fill your own bowl and the quality of food was not good. Very disappointed on how this one was done. Very expensive also for what you get. No kids meals on top of it.
