I’ve loved Genghis Grill for over a decade now and love to visit different locations. This Rockwall location is one of the best I’ve visited in terms of food and friendliness. The food is always delicious, and I’ve never had any problems with the quality of the cooking. The people who work here are always quite friendly even when they’re clearly busy and/or understaffed. The facility leaves a little to be desired sometimes, some of the seat cushions are ripped up and the restrooms aren’t the cleanest sometimes.

Loved this location!! The Employees were so friendly, and the hospitality was out of this world!! This location was so clean and the employees always made sure the food bar was wiped clean for the guest going through the line. The best I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to a few of the locations. The manager asked how our food was and if we needed anything and our server was very attentive. I definitely recommend this location. Good food and friendly people!!
