The food was okay. The rice was undercooked and there wasn’t any flavor. I’m glad we ordered take-out bc I was able to add some spices and fix it up once we got home. The portion sizes are really good. I always have leftovers.

Pretty sure the employees here hate their lives, or at least hate working there. You can taste how much they dislike interacting with the customers and doing this job in the chicken. Which was hard as a rock and dryer than a fresh load of a laundry. Rice and veggies were decent but it reminded me why it took two years to go back.

This is the 3rd time I got uncooked meat from this GENJIGO. Thankfully it was steak not chicken. The order was ready 3 minutes after I sat down so I assumed they already had it cooked. I guess they just didn’t cook it. The rice has went downhill as well. The 20% off coupon to get return customers wouldn’t be needed if the workers cared.
