Mom wanted Genki Sushi so went for early dinner to beat the weekend crowd, plus wanted to try there new location, now near the Food Court. No heavy tablet, order through their cellphone app, still receive your food via a train (?) once you ” send to kitchen” . Felt more spacious, still have counter service and tables. Workers were helpful assisting with their new service ordering on your cellphone to receiving the bill, so yes will return to this Genki Pearlridge.

I liked how our waiter took food allergies seriously. So he went out of his way to take our orders personally. The food was great. I like how the food was delivered . The place was packed and it was about a 20-30 min wait, but was worth it. I’ll definitely come back and try other dishes.

When you need that sushi fix without breaking the bank, this is the go-to place. The new Pearlridge location is much larger, so the wait time isn’t as long as it used to be in their old location upstairs as it has more seats.

Fun!! My son really loves this place!! He loves the fish eggs. It’s nice because there are choices for non-sushi eaters too!! Pay attention to how many plates you get, because it can add up quick if you are not paying attention. Very nice staff. Made me miss living in Japan

The fish was fresh and tasty and we enjoyed the maki rolls. Ordering on your phone was tedious, it would be easier to do on an iPad but everything came out quickly. They messed up our order twice but staff was friendly about correcting our check. A bit expensive for such basic service, but quality food.

An hour before closing needed a quick bite. Food and sushi was fresh and delicious. We ate Salmon Karaage, Rainbow roll, Dragon roll and miso soup. The staff was pleasant and attentive. Easy to order with the tablet at the tables. Love this place.

Service was ok…no one really came to ask about refills on drinks and only came when we called for the check. Food is good, as I remember it being from back in 2005. Atmosphere is slightly different as things have changed to adapt to covid restrictions.

Top of the list…fresh, fresh, fresh. That is most important at sushi restaurant. Some of the best sushi I’ve had. Service is quick and efficient. Place is clean. Great for a quick experience with authentic food. Atmosphere is like a high tech cafeteria, but easy to serve the high volume of business.
