The guy(Kevin) who greeted me looked like he was looking for a fight. He never smiled even when I was smiling at him or even to other customers while i was waiting for my order. There was an old man who was trying to use the kiosk to register for a table, he(kevin) looked at him and said, “Do you know what you’re doing?”. I believe the right question was, ” do yo need help sir or can i help you with that sir?”. Oh, by the way, he(kevin) put a no touching sign on the kiosk after that…lol

worst customer service, it should not be that hard. we left before we were even seated. there were 4 workers behind the cashier and another 3 sitting down while we waited to be seated for 5 minutes. i made eye contact with like 3 of the people working there and 2 of them glared at me ?? another server smiled at the couple in-front of me also waiting to be seated and walked right past them and joined the other 3 servers who were sitting down. the food is good but the staff is full of disrespectful young people who avoid customers.

Family member got food poisoning from this establishment. We noticed crumbs on the conveyor belt delivery-trains they use to send food to the tables. Not sanitary for delivering food. Spots / stains on the table. Staff was primarily younger employees, obviously not caring about the cleanliness of the place. We will never be eating there again.

Genki Sushi offers fast service with fresh fairly priced sushi at multiple locations all over the island. Genki in general tends to be a little cheaper than most other conveyor belt sushi establishments, but I have felt at times that you do sacrifice some quality. Esspecially compared to traditional sushi restaurants. This Genki was clean, with friendly, helpful employees and the wait time wasn’t to long.
