Really cool modern Japanese sushi experience! Never thought I’d experience one of these without actually going to Japan, some of the actual runway belt and the screens were a little dirty, also the bathroom was out of order, but the overall experience was great and the food was good!

Won’t be coming here again. When we first walked in, staff lady ‘Lani’ rudely told us to scan QR code to make our reservation list when the restaurant had three tables in.. and the rest were empty.. we made the reservation anyways. Couple minutes later, she had a platter of water cups and walked past to one of the counters, accidentally stumbling she spilled the water cups to the customer at the counter and only moved them one chair over. We were seated next to them and overheard them being upset as it was their first time at genkis… throughout the service, we kept calling the staff over to be served water, wasabi, soy sauce, and even utensils… the food took too long to arrive and when they did, it tasted a bit sour. We gave it a chance to try other foods, but they tasted sour as well. Cutting our lunch there. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere was sour and sassy…

Worst food experience I’ve ever had. First we had to wait almost an hour to get a table while the restaurant had at least 6-7 tables empty and no one cleaning them and sitting people down. After finally sitting down, some of our orders were wrong and we were sent the wrong items. Finally, almost after 15 minutes of waiting on a fry squid, the server told us there was a problem and the kitchen and the squid was just starting. Worst dining experience ever. So bad this is my first time I’m posting a bad review of an establishment but honestly I recommend people to never come here, or the restaurant to take care of their staff and make sure they and not underemployed.

Don’t recommend, false store hours, closed at 1800 instead of 2000. I hope l they have a food inspection, tables was left with dishes, drink cups and trash in the booths. Nobody cleaned up, left dirty rags on the table, seen food stuck to it. The place looked like everybody left without cleaning. Wish I took a pic, but could not believe an eating establishment just left it like that. Visited at 1820,

Normally a good spot for quick eats. This interaction was just poor from start to finish. Placed a mobile order and when I came to pick it up , it wasn’t even submitted to the chefs yet. The person at the register seemed entirely uninterested in doing much except fiddling with receipt printer (which she’s now spent more than 15 minutes trying to do…). I finally ask her after waiting 10 minutes how much longer it will be for my food and she spends 5 minutes or so trying to get a chefs attention and then he says he doesn’t know. Instead of relaying that information to me she resumes ignoring me. Ended up waiting a total of 30 minutes from order place to getting my food. (Order said 10-15 minutes). Felt really awkward and

This place is a great place to eat, even for dinner. I absolutely loved how the small trains bring my food right beside me. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to eat. The Japanese atmosphere you guys have is truly nice, and it adds to the overall experience.

Me and two friends went to the first time to the sushi house super delicious and really unique delivery method for your food. Awesome sushi. With great prices. The only draw back is that they’re not very friendly. Your sushi is delivered by either the waitress if you order rolls. Or by a cool little toy train delivery system that’s pretty neat if you order something other then rolls. .
