Food was way overpriced for quality. Waited hour and a half for food asked somebody to bring change for large bills. Didn’t bring change. Ended up paying twice what the food was just for everything to be ice cold. Forgot half my stuff called manager and told me next time to order from somewhere else. Terrible customer service. Terrible food. Way overpriced. Would give zero stars if possible

Genoa’s is by far my favorite pizza in the world! And I’ve done a bit of travelling. They have amazing salads and I am always impressed with their pizza. I moved out of town, but I still make a 45 minute drive (one-way) just for their Tuesday “buy one pizza, get one free”!

Hey, truck driver here. Ordered a spaghetti with ground beef instead of meatballs. Unbaked. I had forgot i didn’t have any utensils! When the driver showed up I asked if there was any utensils and he said no. I told him I had no way to eat it then (except caveman style). He offered to run back and get me some and was back in about 10 minutes. I’m Very surprised and appreciative that he did.

Worst pizza ever. Soggy plain tasteless. I paid 25 dollars for a small Hawaiian style which they put sandwich meat ham on NOT Canadian bacon then ordered a med BBQ Chicken and it literally was bbq sauce processed chicken and cheese. Absolutely disgusting. I called to complain and the manager could hardly speak english and gave me no help besides saying yeah my pizzas are expensive. I said ok I will make a review on google hes said ok and hung up. Unbelievable. Never again! Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This place is great. Their pizza is excellent and breaded mushrooms are one of the best I ever tasted. Friendly and great service. Ive ordeded from here twice now one carryout and one delivery both fast and the food was hot.

We ordered a large pizza and order of spaghetti with cheese bread. They called back a half hour later telling us they were out of spaghetti and asked if mastacolli was fine. They showed up for delivery an hour and a half later with only the pizza and not the rest of our order. The driver explained he would go back to the restaurant and pick up my order and deliver it. We waited another hour, and nothing. I called again and someone named Jesus there told me that because it was 9 and they were closing, we weren’t getting the rest of our order. No call. No food. Nothing. When I asked to speak with a manager, he told me there wasn’t one there and that I’d have to call back tomorrow. When I asked for a refund, he told me he didn’t know how to do that.
