I love this place. I am Italian and originally from the East Coast and was really surprised when I went to Genti’s with my family. This is the ONLY PLACE around that I can get a calzone the way they are made in Jersey. The pasta trio is delicious…the sauce is amazing and it’s just like a family run place back home…noisy, loud and a bit of home when I am homesick. Pizza is good and not like the crap you get from big chain stores.

I think it sums it up best when the new guy at work wanted to know what was close to eat. I mentioned Genti’s and described it as the “mediocre Italian place”. The first time he went there he thought it was great and I didn’t know what I was talking about. The second time he said not so much. People say that the house dressing is like ketchup but I actually like it. They have a country salad with artichoke that is pretty good. I usually get the pizza which is okay. Yesterday I tried the Cannoli. Not bad.

Food was amazing!! I recommend the cannelloni or the white pizza. Service was a little poor. Took a while to get our food and when the check came, our waitress had given us the people next to us check. Establishment was clean and very nice. If only they could work on their wait staff.

Better than any chain and other mom and pops Italian place I’ve ever been. I lived in Corinth for a year and ate here 3-4 times a month easily. The chicken arriabata is the best along with so many other items. mmmmm, wished I still lived around there for their food!

The best Pizza in Texas. Great service, friendly staff and amazing pizza. The bread with your salad is a meal in itself. I drive from Plano and pass 100 pizza restaurants on the way to get their pizza.

If i could give it a “-5”, I would. It was HORRID. Terrible service, a moron for a waitress, a screaming infant at the next table over. I did something I have NEVER done before. I got up and walked out (and of course would not pay.) And I was looking forward to eating there as my first time was good and others spoke highly of it. BUT when the owner hires idiots to serve who can’t even remember to bring a salad to a table of ONE and then seats an infant right next to me and does NOTHING when the kid screams off and on at the TOP of its lungs for 5 minutes. I had had enough. I am now “enjoying” a sonic milkshake that GENTIS should buy along with sending me a $50 gift certificate to a decent (i’ll settle for decent) italian restaurant. AND… a written apology for destroying a dinner experience I had looked forward to.
