this is such a great place! friday- two pizzas is my family’s fave!! we order it with no cheese due to our diet and it’s still fantastic!! i like the build you own salad and the seasoned fries too.. Best subs ever! The food is fresh and delicious, made to order. The staff is always friendly and quick. On one of my trips here, I called my order in literally 10 min before closing. It was still made perfect, and the staff was still super friendly. Also the best salads in town.

Wow, that is the word I would use to describe George’s. I always get the steak and cheese with extra cheese, and I’m never disappointed. I’m not in Asheboro often, but when I am, a stop at George’s is a given. Sometimes, I get a craving for it and head down that way regardless. Trust me, the drive is worth it. It’s take out only, the restaurant is clean, there is barely a wait if you call ahead, and the staff is friendly. They have a full menu of pizzas and subs, not to mention French fries and dirt pudding. Try them out. You won’t be disappointed!!

Ordered a Greek Salad with no Feta cheese. Got it home and we received a Chef Salad with ham. Called to get it fixed and I was told that Ham comes on a Greek Salad, I read it what it says on the menu on their website. There is no mention of ham on it. Guy offered nothing except to tell me that Ham does come on the Greek Salad. He even read the description from the menu he had and didn’t say ham at all. He still insisted that ham comes on the Greek salad. Customer service is horrible! Do NOT recommend this place at all! Food was awful!
