Definitely a must hit place in CF. Could it have the best club sandwich in Iowa? Definitely the freshest product around. It’s funny how some things are awesome then others are ehhh. The skillet brownie fantastic the burrito- ehhh. Cheese curds are good but not worth $12. But some things I noticed like- they allow dogs in the patio and they bring you a water bowl!! But service is the key today and it lacks just a bit- nobody was smiling and that shows something and eventually it shows up in service. Overall a great place- bring cash!!! 3% added for the card and our bill was $79 for 2 with no alcohol but we had appetizers, meals and desserts.

A wonderful dining experience. Our server was extremely attentive and offered great recommendations. Our group shared the warmed goat cheese appetizer and some dishes that we enjoyed were the salmon entree, chicken sandwich (west coat edition), and the Mac and cheese side! The drinks were also creative and delicious. The atmosphere is lively and feels like an updated and modern local diner with a fine dining twist. They have a massive patio that was unopened but would be wonderful in the summer!

A cool ambiance and excellent service. The tuna tots were delicious. However, our mac and cheese, salmon, and steak were undercooked. The steak was also mostly fat. Hoping the new menu changes bring a better dining experience. My friend did enjoy their fish and chips and mushroom burger.

We hit George’s Local early for their Madri Gras celebration. Our Waitress Hannah was very attentive and pleasant. The food was very good and appropriate for the event. Music made it feel like New Orleans, though the outside temperatures reminded us we we are still in Iowa. Great escape for culinary delights before the ice storm

Great food, great service, great environment. Love the outdoor seating, love the bar area. Food is very tasty and almost high-end but not priced at a high end level. Can’t wait to go back and try more items off the menu.

We’ve been in for brunch a couple of times, with mostly positive experiences. Food and drink menu were upscale and exciting. Beer list was on point. Atmosphere was interesting and cozy. Service was friendly and attentive.

We were visiting CF and Main Street today and had a late lunch at George’s. I got the salmon salad and it was cooked perfectly. The dressing was a nice complement. My husband had the chicken melt sandwich and said it was good. I did not see the Cobb salad on the menu.

This was a really cool place to eat in downtown Cedar Falls right in their business district. I met a friend from work their for dinner on a beautiful day so we ate outside. I can’t really speak for the inside of the restaurant because I was only outside on their patio, but if it’s as nice as their patio, you will be fine. Our server was awesome and she did a great job with our meals and drinks. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. The sandwich was really good, but I didn’t care for the type of Buffalo sauce they used. It was too buttery. Other than that, the sandwich was good. The fries were really good. Seasoned french fries. Overall great experience. I’d very much recommend. Try to eat outside on a nice day. It’s worth it. Enjoy!

Wish I could give this place 4.5 stars. Not quite 5(perfect) but I would recommend this place and go back again. The salad was very good but it came as giant leaves. While flavorsome, it was a challenge to eat (i.e. on a date, be wary).
