My family stopped on our way from KS to Wisc and were very pleased. Our kids loved the pizza stand where they could watch the pizzas being made. They also loved the cheese pizza! My husband and I shared the George’s Special pizza and really enjoyed it. Great location. Friendly service.

George’s is an institution in Austin. I grew up in the area and it was always a treat to go there. Now, whenever we visit, we find ourselves juggling schedules around to make sure we can go to George’s. The George’s Special is my favorite. Fantastic pizza!

I have been team George’s forever. But for sometime now it is not the same. I usually order the House Special which would come with a sausage on every slice. Now you are lucky if you get 6 on a large pizza. Just order a pizza from Steve’s and they still put a sausage on every slice. That equals 21 sausages on a large pizza. If George & Dino could see this, they would be disappointed. In general, the quality and care put into the making of the pizza has gone down. I hope George’s can get back to what they were in the day. I look forward to doing business with you again one day.

Ordered a Greek Salad and a medium pepperoni with extra sauce…Pizza looked horrible, was BARELY warm and looked OLD. Greek Salad had WAY too much oil, TWO TINY pieces of cheese, one TINY chunk of onion (that looked OLD) and they SHOOK IT IN THE CONTAINER TO MIX IT, the seasoning was CAKED to any vegetable in it. DISGUSTING. OVER 30$!!! RE ORDERED THE SALAD WITH OIL AND SEASONING ON THE SIDE and it was beautiful looking! However, 5$ salad was OVER 10$ after DELIVERY!?

Got 2 pizzas a small bacon which my son wouldn’t eat the bacon looked raw…large taco which was so saucy it was rediculas and gross!!!! Have a tip to driver and spent over 40 bucks for horrible food!!!

I ordered a taco pizza and was not to my liking. Thin crust ok but it was like eating a mouth full of just salsa and lettuce. Cheese sparse no tomatoes hardly any cheese. The inside of the box was covered with more sauce looks like they crushed the box.

Second time trying George’s pizza. Once again big mistake. The absolute WORST taco pizza I have ever eaten. A small handful of meat on a large pizza. Paper thin crust. This place shouldn’t have good reviews!!!
