Five stars all around! Visited for the first time on a day trip and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Multiple options to choose from in their menu, and though it’s a small space, there’s plenty of seating inside and out. Staff was beyond helpful explaining the popular choices and their favorites. Ordering was an ease and food was brought to the table. Everything tasted absolutely delicious and extremely fresh. I love Maine style seafood and the lobster roll was on point! The lobster chowder with extra lobster was also amazingly good. The crab cake was super fresh and also tasty. Multiple staff members checked in throughout the meal, making sure that everything was right, from the food to the ambiance. The manager, Jade, was one of the most welcoming restaurant staff I’ve encountered (especially over the last few years). She walked us through the restaurant opening over the last year and the menu being inspired from its owners from Maine. Overall, a great and memorable experience. You won’t be disappointed!

The crab cakes were very delicious, they say 95% lump crab with just enough filling to hold the crab meat together…which seems pretty accurate to me. I’d definitely go back! It was a little pricey for the atmosphere but contributing to this small business makes up for it. I’d go more often if I could afford it The staff was super friendly. The wait was a little bit but that’s because the food is cooked fresh and totally worth the wait. We also had the clam chowder and it was really good. I originally went for lobster bisque but they didn’t have any…so that was disappointing. Very small inside, just a couple tables, not a very comfortable environment for a date night but its ok for a good lunch experience. Hopefully they’ll continue to flourish and move to a larger, more comfortable eating space. Another issue is parking, like most places in central and downtown DC, parking is very difficult and frustrating but luckily we took a taxi.

Small place, very kind staff. We were seated outdoor. Shrimp po boy was super crispy and good. Lobster roll (cold) was a bit small for the price but full on flavor. Grilled salmon sandwich was kinda plain. They served ice cold water with a slice of lemon which was a blessing on a super hot day. Overall great experience!

Everything about this place is impeccable. The food was divine, the staff kind and caring, I couldn’t have asked for a better lunch spot! Price point was spot on, definitely quality product. I’d recommend their Maine lobster roll with the Mayo mix, and hushpuppies!

Quaint little shop but friendly staff. The shop was very clean and tidy with good ambience. I tried lobster bisque, fried oysters, warm lobster roll and crabcake with hushpuppies. Portions were small, so I was able to try everything I wanted. Everything tasted very well, fresh and no fishy smell at all. Special mentions to the crabcake and lobster roll. They were the best BEST that I have ever had! I will definitely come back again if I am in the area. It is worth a visit.

Loved this refuge from the heat! Had both a Mayo and a butter lobster roll and both were great with perfectly buttery buns. Hush puppies were delicious as well and the people were so friendly! The playlist they had going was so nice, made me feel right at home
