We ordered for lunch and food was really good, specially the crab soup. Is amazing, you must try it. I don’t give 5 stars because the chicken of the salad of my friend was over cooked and kind of burned. Also the fries were a little too salty but besides that, the food was very good.

We went at a busy time, but the staff was polite. I give 4 stars because they were so polite and what we got to eat was delicious! We didnt end up getting to eat our meal but the rest of our table did, our daughter enjoyed the food! Those sweet potato rolls were delicious! Sadly only half of our table ate while the other half (my half) did not since the food kept getting messed up and brought out wrong (like completely wrong dishes!). Again the staff was very polite and tried their best!

We have been there several times. The best crab soup! My wife & I have all special occasion dinners there. Food & service are excellent! Specials are well worth considering. But everything that anyone on any of our parties has ordered has been excellent. Having come from the Washington, DC area, I consider it to be a grand find!

I had the Mac & cheese, spinach, and veggie burger. It was good!! I thought it was weird to have honey mustard on my burger but it worked out.

Amanda was our server and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer one. Hubby had cream of crab soup which he said was excellent. He also had a grilled cheese sandwich. He didn’t say anything about the grilled cheese but I know he doesn’t particularly like texas toast. I had a chicken salad sandwich which came with cheese and on a…what looked like a hamburger bun. It was very good. The shoestring fries were really good. The place was clean, the service was prompt and the food was good. We would go back.

The food and service is usually pretty good. During our last visit we were seated at a wet table. We used a napkin to wipe the table down and it was disgustingly dirty. It looked as though it had been wiped down with a floor rag. Both orders were wrong when they arrived at the table and had to be sent back to the kitchen and redone. The waitress did little to acknowledge the issues we had.

Picked the restaurant because of my name! Was exactly what we were looking for! Different entrees for 4 and everything was delicious. We sat outside and atmosphere was perfect. Brandi was our server, she was very attentive, and had a great personality! We had Buttermilk fried chicken, Memphis bbqs ribs, Double bone pork chops and cheese hamburger. The pretzel salad was a nice finish. Will definitely stop in again when we are in town.

Good American food with Southern leanings. Small and large plate offerings satisfy all appetites. Friendly staff. You gotta try the sweet potato rolls, they’re terrific! Nice old brick building atmosphere.

The service was very friendly. I enjoyed the Bleu burger and really enjoyed the soup. I wasn’t a big fan of the chili as it tasted like something out of a can. The french fries are dangerously flavorful with some seasoning sprinkled on top.

We love Georgia House in Milford, DE. We particularly love their chili and cream of crab soup. Prices are average although they do have a lunch special of pick 2 for $10 I think, consisting of a choice of 1/2 of either a sandwich or 1/2 of a salad or a cup of soup. Great deal and very filling. Great French fries and many really good sides . I did try their fish and chips for the first time and it left a lot to be desired: one and done with that item. The only thing we don’t like about Georgia House is it’s REALLY loud.
