Thought about picking up ribs for dinner and remember when they had the best. Walked into a mostly dark restaurant nobody at the counter (Saturday night around 7). There was a woman in the back area packing up food. She completely ignored me. I stood there for several minutes, but not even a greeting. Decided it would take too long to cook to be worth it, especially with being ignored for so long and went to Arby’s instead. Sad. I remember when they were good.

I order a pizza from here last night 8:43pm I was told it would take a hour to come it didn’t get delivered until the last delivery, It was burnt and way too overcooked I called back to complain no answer and even caught the delivery driver outside who yelled at me and said it wasn’t his problem he just delivers horrible service and pizza

Placed an order online and was never given a pickup time. 1 hour later i go to pick it up, and was told itd be another 45 minutes. The lady at the front acted like i was inconveniencing her and i have never been made to feel so terrible just for asking if my order was ready. I come back an hour later and was rudely told it would be another half hour. I come back again and was told the same again in the nastiest manner. Having worked in customer service before- i was so caught off guard and left speachless at how she acted towards me. I then came back home and tried calling. Was left on hold for 20 minutes. My wife tries calling as well and finally gets through- we asked to cancel our order because at this point its been 2+ hours. This experience was over a month ago and i have STILL not gotten my money back. This place just took my money, spoke down to me, and then never refunded my money. I can not explain how aweful it is.

I placed an order at 6:15pm, and was told 8pm pickup time. I arrive 5 minutes early to be told it would be another 30 minutes. I left and strive 30 minutes later. 2 people are waiting so I ask if they’ve been helped since no employees were communicating with anyone. They said they were waiting step up to the counter and the older blonde employee just starts staring at me with the meanest look on her face. She just stands there irritated not saying anything, so I waitr for her to ask me if I had an order, but no she just stands there as if I’m bothering her. Finally in a rude nasty irritated voice she asked what I needed. I said my name on the order. She looks around and finds and tosses it to me. I leave. I get home and they gave me a half slab rib dinner for one instead of the full slab meal I ordered. I payed $43 for something that was worth $18. I received maybe half of what I should have received. Will never go back with this kind of service and then to not get my full order is unforgivable. I would have called to get the rest of my order but they were so behind on orders and rude, I know it would have not gotten anywhere.

Worst experience! I worked in the food industries for years and never would I treat people the way I was treated. I brought back a salad (supposed to be a chicken salad) that at first sight had no chicken, with receipt, and had an employee (Holly) argue with me accusing me of taking the chicken off! Like I really wanted to drive back up for some free chicken or something. She argued for almost 3 mins and instead of trying to make customers happy and want to return, she argued asking where I put the chicken! NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK! Go argue with someone else and hope your employee doesn’t cause more people to feel the same. Stay in the back if you don’t have good customer service!
