Lord knows how I love this place! Was there for a vacation – the food is amazing!! Me and my MIL love the seafood pasta with Parmigiana sauce, that was the special the first time we came but the chef made it for us the second time we went there – even though it’s not on the special menu anymore. I swear it’s unbelievably delicious!

My husband, my child and I visited this place on our vacation trip.The place is fantastic. Our waiter was super friendly, I think his name was Dimitrio or something similar. He was always aware that we were okay. the food was delicious, my husband had veal chop and he said it is the best veal he has had in years. I ate chicken parm and it was delicious too.

Dined here 50 years ago and it hasn’t lost any of its charm or ambiance. Small, dark, old school European charm. We came on a busy weekend (New Years Eve) without a reservation. It was packed but they did seat us pretty quickly at a small table for 2. It was near the kitchen & bar so there were servers going back and forth all evening. But for no reservation on a busy weekend I can’t complain. I eat GF mostly and am pleased when I see choices on a menu . Gerardi’s does offer GF pasta at a 4$ up charge. Nice that they offer it but $4 is above average upcharge. When I eat at an Italian restaurant my go to dish is chicken parmigiana.

We happened upon Gerardi’s Cafe upon arriving in Yarmouth around 6:30 on a Saturday night. We didn’t have a reservation and they were super busy, but they were able to fit us in. The restaurant does a great job of spacing everyone due to COVID guidelines and we felt safe from other people. The staff couldn’t have been kinder. We ordered right away and the food came out quickly and was delicious. We even got a complimentary appetizer bite to enjoy while waiting for our meal. Topped it off with a hot shot of espresso! Definitely will be coming back when in the area again.

The food was poor and over priced. I would never recommend this Italian restaurant to anyone. The drinks were ever priced. They dont care about your feedback. The owner is so rude. No customer service. Lack of respect to customers. Many other choices at the Cape. Food was not worth it. I would recommend going some place else.
