I walked in the restaurant today craving african food. I order my food & the lady there tells me that my food cost $20.00. I said okay & handed her my card. The first time she said my card declined & gave me back my card & says the card machine wasn’t working… & after that she tells me to hand her the card again & then she said my food will be ready in 20 minutes…. 20 minutes go by i walk into the restaurant again & she tells me that she didn’t make the food because the card machine was broken. I’m really confused on why she made me wait 20 minutes to tell me she didn’t make my food??? that place didnt even look like it should be open for business.

The lady at the restaurant that makes the food, which I don’t know her name was very rude and worst customer service, she need to learn good manners in other to assist customers effectively. I don’t advise anyone to eat there if they want great customer service because the way she treated me tells me that she does not appreciate my business.
