This is the place to get the best fish in the high desert. The British style fish and chips are the BEST! They offer so many great items on their menu and daily specials. Whatever you order, you won’t be sorry. Prices are very reasonable.

This place is wonderful, the food is fresh and great tasting! The staff are very friendly and attentive as well. Get Hooked also has a bakery which is also really good! Love this place, every visit is an absolute treat. Best fried fish joint in the AV! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Tgere are several fish restaurants in the high desert. However, most do not provide such a comprehensive menue. Cod, catch fish, sole and more. Cole slaw, potatoe salad blackeyes peas, the list is long. Portions are generous and served hot. The seating area is very small. Maybe 10-12 persons at a time. Most, if not all the menue items are prepared in house. Price point $$ average selection price $12 – 14 USD.

Got the fish and chips and something else a while back here. The food was good. My main complaint is just how greasy the inside feels, but that’s a hard thing to get rid of in general when you fry stuff. Do plan to go again when I get that hankering for fish and chips.

This place is amazing! Everything I’ve had here has been bomb. The lemon poke cake, homemade strawberry lemonade, British fish and chips and catfish were fantastic. Definitely going to become a regular here. Next is the jambalaya and snapper… Love it!

I saw they offered cold sandwiches from a post on Facebook. I use to go the Brass Pickle in Victorville when it was open. I was happy to find a place close to my house in Apple Valley that could fill the void. One of the few places where the photos match what you get.

Okay so I decided to give this place another chance but when I walked in I noticed a bad order and it wasn’t from fish. It seemed to be a mixture of fish and bad plumbing. I was going to order fish n’ chips but decided on fried green onions only. I didn’t want to take a chance on eating rotten fish. Won’t go back again, it’s not the most tidy place and it doesn’t seem too clean in there.
